Responsible
for performing procedures to ensure quality patient care.  Works with all
age population in caring for patients, excluding neonates.  This document
is only description/performance appraisal that states the performance expectations
of this position and provides a tool for rating that performance.  The
major responsibilities have been listed below.  At times the employee may
be assigned other duties.

','!*!Education: 
Associate Degree.

Required Experience: 
Two years experience in diagnostic. 
One year Vascular Angiography experience is preferred.

Licensure: 
American Registry of Radiologic Technology, Kentucky Radiation Operators
Certificate, Vascular Interventional Certification (VI) required within one
year of hire.

Skills:  Knowledge of x-ray
equipment, oral and written communication skills, and quick emergency skills.
