Wilhelm charted a roadmap for ImmuneRegen Biosciences, Inc. and drove the company’s success. He raised initial capital for the company and then went on to manage its internal operations by taking over as the acting CEO. His achievements include making ImmuneRegen a public company with a strong reputation for groundbreaking research. A few of the research programs in progress at ImmuneRegen include:
- work on microbiological infections, including anthrax bacillus
- work on influenza, including an avian influenza vaccine adjuvant
- work on radiation exposure to both lethal and sub-lethal/therapeutic doses
During his years with Foresight, Wilhelm has helped develop the following companies:

- Stirling Energy Systems (SES)-a systems-integration and project-management company that produces equipment for utility-scale renewable-energy power plants and distributes electric-generating systems
- Third Pillar Systems-a company that offers process-management solutions to the financial-services industry
- Soho Resource Group-a company that provides benefit and management services for self-employed individuals
- Amps Wireless Data-a company that provides entry-point solutions for the wireless transactions of various retail and customer-service-oriented organizations such as the STAPLES Center and Bank of America
- Circuit Source, Inc.-a producer of single and double-sided printed circuit boards
- e|Q care-a provider of specialty payment systems for the healthcare industry
